We sourced an expansive area within an industrial space just off the M1: Enterprise House, Brookhill Road, Pinxton, Nottingham, NG16 6NS. Offering 50,000 sq ft of space, this was the ideal spot to build a multipurpose manufacturing facility for our client.
Maximising the floor plan and aerial space, we helped QTS design an effective layout to enhance productivity and deliver a better working environment for all. This property now provides an attractive and scalable solution for the business by incorporating ancillary office space and essential staff facilities.
