Due to our client’s national network, they required a central location with suitable access for clients, suppliers and deliveries. The property on Station Road, Northampton, NN6 7XN, provides exactly that. With plentiful space to develop a scalable warehouse and distribution centre, the most profitable space was the gross internal area of 70,150 sq ft.
The Outcome
Our client, Nene Warehouse Solutions, requested adequate space to store its bespoke storage products for its clients. This required a clear floor plan and logical layout for products to move safely and to perform processes effectively.
We, therefore, optimised the ground floor and aerial space to install multi-storey storage racking to meet their needs and continuous growth. It also has a mix of office spaces, including management offices, meeting rooms, and staff facilities such as toilets, kitchens, and changing rooms.
