The Property
Station Works is another successful property story from the Nene Group Developments portfolio. Sold off-plan, we wanted to maximise the unused space in Long Buckby to create multi-tenanted terraced properties. We invested in 99,000 sq ft of space, which provided plenty of ground and aerial space to create desirable commercial premises.
The Outcome
This substantial plot of land enabled our property experts to develop four warehouse facilities and one office block, along with convenient parking on the same site. By separating the five buildings, we could provide multiple renting opportunities for businesses and investors in a central location.
